Privacy Note
This is a small, non-commercial site run by one person. It's written with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 in mind.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me by email or Discord when you apply to join a game: your name or handle, Discord username, time zone, and whatever you tell me about yourself.
Why
To organise games: deciding seats, scheduling, and contacting you about sessions.
Who sees it
Only me. I don't sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list. Your Discord handle may appear on a campaign page's party list — tell me if you'd rather it didn't.
How long I keep it
While you're playing or on a waitlist, and [6 months] after that. Ask and I'll delete it sooner.
This website
The site itself has no sign-ups, no tracking scripts, and no advertising. [If you add analytics later, say so here.] Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Email the contact address.
